Dr Anna Garden is a computational chemist with a wide variety of research interests. She began her independent research career in 2015 and her primary research interest is in modelling of heterogeneous catalysis of small molecule reactions for environmental remediation and sustainable industry. She is developing a strong publication record which testifies to the impact of her work at an international level. Anna is making a significant contribution to the chemistry community in New Zealand through her active involvement in outreach programmes and mentoring of early career researchers.
