Dr Brendon Gill is a senior scientist with Fonterra Laboratory Operations where his principle role is the development and implementation of new chemistry methods for the analysis of micronutrients in dairy products, particularly paediatric nutritional powders. He has led numerous method development projects over the last decade, a number of which have also been adopted globally through AOAC International and the International Standards Organisation. He is regarded as an analytical/industrial chemist of international standing and his work helps Fonterra operate one of the most efficient and dependable food testing laboratories globally.
