Current Award Winners

Jo is one of the key developers of the “No Brain too Small” NCEA Revision website for Science teachers and has contributed the vast majority of the revision materials for Chemistry and Science available on the site. Jo has also personally contributed a large number of the resources hosted on the Chemistry Teachers Facebook Google Drive. She actively supports other teachers through the NZ Chemistry Teachers and NZ Science Teachers Facebook groups and has been particularly supportive of beginning teachers, non-specialist teachers and sole charge or isolated teachers. Jo is always prepared to help other teachers by either freely distributing her excellent teaching resources or by sharing the wisdom and pedagogical knowledge that she has developed over many years of teaching.
